Terms & Conditions
(Garment Printing and Embroidery)

These terms and conditions contain the full terms & conditions between you the customer and WEYPRINT relating to your garment purchase. You are responsible for reading all information in these terms and conditions fully. If any of these terms are held to be invalid or unenforceable , those terms will be struck out and the other terms remain.

Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Weyprint reserves the right to refuse any orders that it deems in breach of copyright or unsuitable for sale to the General Public.

In compliance with the Data Protection Act, your details will not be disclosed to any other organisation. However, Weyprint may occasionally contact you with special offers or promotions.

General Terms & Conditions

  • All contracted business is with Weyprint (I M Jefferis T/A) of Caroline Place, Weymouth, Dorset. DT4 8NW.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions
  • WEYPRINT does not store any credit card details. Any data stored is kept in accordance with the Data protection act 1998
  • The customer must ensure that they are the rightful owner of any credit card used for payment and that they undertake to supply the correct information for the transactions to be completed. It is a legal requirement that there must be sufficient funds available to cover the cost of the transaction.
  • Communication by fax or email is legally binding therefore an acceptance of quotation or of finished artwork is the customers’ responsibility.

Delivery

  • Delivery dates are agreed at the quotation and acceptance by the customer. We will attempt to notify you by e-mail if these timescales are not possible. Working days do not include Bank Holidays or Weekends. Timescales can only be adhered to providing stock is available.
  • You must provide a daytime delivery address as all deliveries will need to be signed for unless prior arrangements have been made.
  • We cannot be held responsible for items where an attempted delivery has already been made.
  • VAT is charged were appropriate. Export orders subject to import duty in the customer’s own country are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Delivery charges are stated at time of quotation and agreed at customers’ acceptance of order. Delivery will be by Royal Mail or other carrier subject to size/weight of shipment.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to extreme weather conditions.

Returns

  • In the unlikely event of a complaint due to faulty goods or workmanship, customers should first inform WEYPRINT in writing within 2 days of receipt of the goods, Once clearance by WEYPRINT has been given then the goods should be returned. Should the complaint be found valid, The cost of the return will be borne by the company and the goods replaced.
  • Goods that are not faulty and printed to the customer’s specification cannot be returned or exchanged due to the personalised nature of the product.
Liability
  • WEYPRINT tries to ensure that the information available on the website at any time is correct and accurate but cannot guarantee that it will be error-free. WEYPRINT does not make any warranty that the website is free from infection by viruses, Trojans, worms or anything else that may have destructive properties.
  • WEYPRINT does not accept liability for any errors and omissions either in any quotation or the website material and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
  • WEYPRINT will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.
  • WEYPRINT makes no representations about the fitness for a particular purpose of any of the goods or garments available on its website.
  • WEYPRINT does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the use of the website or for any products or garments purchased from the website.
  • WEYPRINT will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product or garment purchased in respect of any claim.
  • This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by English law.

Garment Printing

  • All garment sizes are approximate and for guidance only.
  • Due to the heat and pressure used in our garment printing processes, we cannot guarantee to match the colours in artwork sent to us. CMYK or RGB colour schemes will not necessarily be adhered to.
  • We cannot be held responsible for the incorrect printing of artwork supplied as Word Documents or other Microsoft Office applications such as Powerpoint. This is mainly due to font issues. When sending artwork please make sure all fonts are embedded.
  • Photographs are only shown as a guide. In some instances the item you receive may not exactly match the item shown.
  • We cannot be held responsible for the quality of Artwork sent in low resolution which may look fine on the screen, but not necessarily when printed.
  • We cannot be held responsible for damage caused to garments that have been tumble dried or washed at temperatures above 40 degrees.  
  • The price of printing the garment is determined by the print position. If your printing requirements do not match the print position selected, we will print your garment as specified and you will be charged accordingly.
  • Prices shown for clothing include a back or front print. Any extra printing costs will be added when you select the position required.
