Recent expansion of the Garment printing department has opened up great opportunities for local and national businesses, party teams, sports teams and individual clients. The current client base includes: small, medium and large businesses, government departments, HM Forces, schools, charities, church organisations, sports clubs, social clubs, performing arts groups, professional photographers, private clients, restaurants, bars, clubs, hotels, guest houses… Expansion has enhanced Weyprint’s reputation for client support. Tight deadlines are here to stay for the foreseeable future and we cope with these by offering a ‘JEJIT’ service where feasible.JEJIT? – Just Enough, Just In Time. For example, (true story) a client may order 20,000 full colour leaflets, requiring to start distributing them the following day. However, only 1000 are actually needed in 24 hours, the rest can be provided the following week. By using a mix of print processes, this was achieved at best cost to the client. Our current ‘best service’ achievement? While ‘closed’ during the Christmas/New Year 2003/4 period, we were contacted to provide 200 printed T-shirts (screen print back, laser transfer print front) for a local football club to celebrate their local derby win on Boxing Day and before the return match on New Year’s Day. The order was placed 11.30 am 30 Dec and was ready 9.00 am 31 Dec – less than 24 hours! (Actually it was ready by 1.00am 31 Dec but no one was answering the phone!). We were delighted to have been awarded ‘Runner up’ for service quality in Weymouth in 2006 in a mystery shopping survey of retail traders conducted throughout the town centre.
